bugs in my buds

I have tiny black dots (smaller than the size of a "period") in my buds, I think they are bugs but I do not know. I had them on some home grown, as well, & I never saw spider webs on those plants, & these tiny dots are black. So tiny I can't be sure what they are
I now see them in some store bought buds. If I break the bud open the black spots are in there.
Does anyone have a clue what these are?
