Build a Portable AC out of Window Unit?

I have an AC Window unit in the window of my grow room. I have curtains up and then put mylar over the entire window, cutting a whole to seal the ac in. This is working very well and I can keep my room at at 65-70 if I need to.

I have read that you can build a box and then run 1 or 2 ducts to the window to create a portable AC, which means I could seal my window up more covertly in the winter.

If anybody has any experience on how to do this please help me. Thank you. Ill post pics of my setup now as is.

If you do it you will still need to vent out the exhaust from the ac unit. Some have done it and ran the exhaust out of the window but its still open to a degree.
