How big do you intend.letting your girls get? 10g sounds a little small for four but its all relative to the size you want to take them... I have a long 35ltr storage container that I put in 3 sites, representing 2 week stages, then I have anotheranotheranother 2 separate pot like totes 30ltr? For the last four weeks... So I've got 5 girls in flower constantly...

with a tote at one point you're gonna have to worry about cooling the water. this is why I suggested insulated coolers like several people use. it's a little more cost up front but in the end dropping a big ice cube in will handle cooling for a few days. you won't do that with a uninsulated tote/bucket.
here's some photos that may give you an idea or two. it's as simple as a bucket with a hole drilled in it for tubing for the airstone or can get complicated with sprayers and pumps and filters. good luck and happy growing.
