Don't know about that but I met him a bunch of times. Every DC college student knows that the Arab consulates throw great (albeit weird) parties. I even ended up being a "bodyguard" for him (lol) when we had him speak about three days after they invaded Kuwait. I would have ducked so goddam fast....

That was the last time I met the "8 of spades". He left town for good very soon after.

Kakeru in this context means to shower or pour. The word bukkake is often used in Japanese to describe pouring out water with sufficient momentum to cause splashing or spilling. Indeed, bukkake is used in Japan to describe a type of dish where hot broth is poured over noodles, as in bukkake udon and bukkake soba.
