With the volatile conflict between Georgia and Russia, I can only wonder if it is the second domino to fall (after Israel and Iran) in a world war spiral. Both Georgia and Israel are alies of America. Was it only two months before The Georgian/Russia Conflict when Israel went on the offensive over Irans nuclear program?
With the June 7th, 2008 threat from Israel to attack Iran over having Nuclear weapons the first step in a major conflict has been taken. Strange that America pledged full support to Israel when the US government, with full knowledge, did nothing to stop the research and development of these weapons. How many pawns must be on the board before they realize that they are being controlled?
Now another allie of America has picked a Fight knowing that America will aid in the effort. Georgia borders the Black sea betweem Russia and Turkey making it a strtegic location for America to have some friends. Georgia is also the third largest contributor to the coalation forces in Iraq. I am not so sure that too many more pawns can tip many more dominos before it all comes crashing down. George W only needs to create enough conflict to declair marshal law and with that he can hault the election process till after the conflict. Is he crazy enough to do this? I don't know. If the American people wern't such sheep I would believe not.
The average American is only fed what information that the government deams unharmful to those in power. They believe that they are incontrol and they get a cushy bed time story that tells them that they are. As long as they have their internal cumbustion engines, McD's, and starbucks they will put on a blind fold and walk in what ever direction is the most comfortable.
Favors are exchaned, backs are scratched and another 10,000 inocent people die so someone can make some more money. The only real drive behind all of this violence is power and greed, but done in the name of god and peace. We all just need to respect our neighbors and istead of trying to kill them for their culture, we should embrace them for enriching ours.
Why create war and depressions for ideas that have proven time and time again to harm Earth and her inhabitants? Why not harness one of the may methods that create clean energy and spread the technology. We are all different as the same. When we can realize that it is our differences that make us who we are but our hearts and minds that make us human, maybe then can we rejoice as mankind.
