people don't do that here, sleeping on site and guarding. its still a very serious offense here. 3rd toughest in the country i believe.
most here don't realize this ain't the west, more often than not we have less than favorable conditions come September.

Something needs to be done about the Feds guidelines for weighing plants and judging value because after all that makes a big difference in your sentence. its pure corruption
