brah, you should have never been in a situation where a neighbor could rip you off! Back in the 70's when I lived in Kula. My neighbors grew humongous plants in his property. Our property bordered one another. His 15 ft plants could be seen from the Highway. His plants & ego put my 8 to 10 footers in major jeopardy of being ripped off! Neighbor never knew I grew, but I sure knew he grew, and I made sure he knew I knew and every other dick who passed by knew too from just seeing them! I told him to tie them down, or his girls would victims of a"Chainsaw Massacre "! Next day, they no longer could be seen from highway. You can not afford to let your ego ruin your chances for personal freedom & happiness.

in most cases neither will a lawyer be much help either! Is your case state , or federal? If it's federal no need for an attorney. Federal Guidelines actually make it where it's really not necessary for a judge or lawyer. Everything is cut and dry.

My advice to you is don't worry to much about cannabis charges. But make your main focal point getting your kids back. How old are they? Most importantly after securing kids. Keep your dignity in tack. Don't go for any bullshit about reduced sentences if you could drop some names. When all is said and done. Your dignity might be the only thing you have left. Have you any priors on your record? Anything, I'm not just talking weed bust either. Tickets, outstanding warrants etc.,etc Again brah, I'm gonna adk you what state you're in so I can check your state laws regarding this offense. Check out State & Federal Supreme court cases regarding marijuana bust. Do your homework...don't sulk, or don't get even with neighbor...it won't help get your kids back any sooner.
