butane to trim ratio help!

I have a glass tube that is holding about 17 grams of close trim. I have the 320ml big cans of vector and im wondering how much to use for this tube? from what I've read I think I can run this thing twice on one can. any advice greatly appreciated thank you

Run it until it's clear. 1/2-3/4 of a can.
