Buying from Ebay.....

What are some of your guys' opinions on buy a digital HPS system off Ebay. I have heard really good things about this and really bad things.....

The only thing I really wanna know is it safe to purchase off ebay. I heard that they report this.....I think I heard this from a very paranoid person but better to be safe than sorry....so Ill leave it to you experts

i purchased 2 HPS ballasts from ebay. There is northing illegal about buying lights. Put down the paranoid pipe and order your grow op!!

I buy and sell on eBay a lot, and I offer you this advice....#1, It is best to buy from someone that has a real store somewhere! #2. Make sure your seller is a factory authorized dealer or your item will not have a warranty. #3. Check the feedback of the seller, look at how many items they have sold and read what other buyers say about them. #4, Always pay with pay pal, and make sure the seller is Pay pal verified!

Other than that NO... they don't report what you buy to the police or anything like that...lol if that were so then Big Brother would have already come to visit me a long time ago LOL good luck!
