If you want you can even buy your seeds here in the U.S. To avoid customs. Check for companies in the seeds and strains forum. Buy you dirt where you can get it cheapest, online or otherwise. You can't buy dirt anywhere near you? It's just dirt it doesn't matter where you get it.
