Buying overseas with a prepaid cc?

I need to order some seeds, but the average prepaid cc isn't international. If anybody can help me out with the cards that work international right away that would be very helpful. I've heard of a western union/netspent pp cc that may be international, but not sure.

Hey there, i am from a very small unkown country, and i use a local prepaid mastercard on these sites with no issue, herbies and attitude. I do tell them every time i place the order that its a prepaid card. Refunds are not possible on my prepaid and had an issue where they tried to refund me once, so it was a total waste. But herbies were very nice and sent the order for free after i explained the situation to them. Big up to them
