I believe it is safe, You just have to be smart about it. For 1 thing DON'T GROW AT THE SAME ADDRESS THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED!!!! Attitude...IMHO, no other seed bank is close. If you can have the seeds sent to an addy that is different from your grow addy, you will reduce any chances of getting caught. I think I have heard of only 2 people who were busted from seeds being red flagged coming through customs and they lived in Indiana. Order from Attitude and you will be a happy grower. Good luck
