C02 Generator's Help

anybody use homemade c02 generators? and if so how were they made?

I attached the regulator to the bottle and the set the timer. Works fkn great!! (that's about as home-made as I get) LOL

I have heard from alot of people that they don't work worth a shit, If your serious about using co2 then I would invest in either a injection system or a co2 burner.

any particular reason for this?
I used this homemade generator last night, and this morning the leaves grew a lot! I was very happy with this.

I brew my own beer so when its fermenting it produces co2 i just take my blow off line and keep it in a pitcher of water (to prevent contamination of my beer) and i put that in the grow closet. works like a charm been fermenting for a week straight @ the rate of a bubble per second. Not to mention i get beer out of this!
