Colombian president Juan Manuel Santos has stated that if Proposition 19 passes next week in California and marijuana is legalized in the state, it could force his country to rethink its drug policy. - Juan Carlos Hidalgo October 26, 2010
Im not in cali and i cant wait to hear the results as im sure if this passes every state in trouble will pass it.
Not sure im hoping so i should say.It would be a good start dont you think. There is hardly any east coast mmj states so if its legalized in the west coast then i think it will start to go that way for every state.you're SURE about that, eh?![]()

I know less arrest would be made if it is legalized.Less people will be doing time for smoking meds and growing their own meds.I think it will be a bit more peaceful.yeah, cause there certainly is NO hate on this site full of stoners.
it's like all logic gets tossed out the window.
pot will not make the world a happy place.

Yeah i think the felony charges is a bit much but a 1 ounce limit to have on you and legal to have a grow in your house and outside. For states that do not have no legal mj i think they would understand and agree.prop 19 ADDS new felony charges to the law books. people will be arrested under prop 19 as soon as they break the rules. the DA will stand up in COURT and read the charges as they refer back to PROP 19. the defendant will be sentenced.
doesn't sound peaceful to me.
