Extra stain work might lighten up the color... but hell you're taking more of the "head high" nutrients away. Just go full on bottom's up :D

Unfortunately its a big part of the process when enduring the tea getup! It would almost be a sign of disrespect to the Shamans in New Mexico and Arizona if you didn't purge in there ceremonies... it represents a cleaning from within, to rid of a bad soul. Let the volcanic mannerisms inside be heard ;)
 
oh its not the purge im worried about its the taste...
the purge is to be expected as with ayahuasca.
she has a harsh purge but it feels so good when its all said and done =)

i know that if you want a big san pedro's cactus, you have to grow for like 20 years . . .
 
Lots of small ones will do, they actualy grow quite fast, I'd say my establishe dones do at least a foot or so a year.
 
i took a bite of some raw cactus and it really wasnt as bitter as i had thought it would have been.
