Havek. I believe salt build up can occur from fertilizers in the soil. I also kinda (LOL key word kinda)think I have read somewhere that soil drying out completely in between watering adds to salt build up. Again, I don't know this one for sure though. Either way, dry soil or not leaching would leave too much salt over time. A imbalance of this sort could throw off anything and everything and cause false indications of other problems much like a EPC light in a VW. LOL. I need something to check my PPM but will leach soon just for good measure.

Here are some pictures of my plants when I had light burn and RH problems. Since I have moved back the lights the new growth looks nice.

The only thing now is I think over all growth could be faster and I still have slight yellowing in the center area where the new growth is. The plant could just be balancing out still. I want to see if leaching will help the yellowing and or some of the red stems I have.
