Could still come up, saw a tap root before I dropped it in soil...but no seedling yet. The other seed I planted already has two days head start

Nothing...well, I'm 0/2 with Cali Con...one hermie and one no grow. Glad they were freebies. Hopefully the Delicious Cotton Candy I just dropped into soil will take its place in the grow room!Could still come up, saw a tap root before I dropped it in soil...but no seedling yet.
