Cali growing with a child in the home?

My friend just had his first kid and he likes to grow his own mj instead of buying mj off the black market, plus he has his med card and fallows the grow limits for his city. Anyone know what the rules are if you have a med card/grow and children in the home in California?

well normal state laws apply also feds the only thing to worry about would be social services since i dont think that same rules appy to them so same general rules keep your mouth shut dont tell no one dont sell none and u should be fine

I hear it is the same, Social Services I guess is the biggest threat. I will tell my friend your guys advice thanks. Any more info would be appreciated.

just make sure the house has no shit like scales or any other sales related shit like weighed up bags laying around, a drawer full of 1/8's isnt looking so good ya know
