california collectives

hello, I am new to this site, I operate a moble collective in california, and was wondering if any prop 215. patients on the site that want to chat about the california medical scene. If anyone has any questions about californias medical laws, we would be glad to help you.

Has anyone heard about richard lee's 2010 legalization ballot measure?

Welcome!
I am in Nor Cal and my wife and I just received scripts and started our first grow. I plan on selling our excess to a collective, but don't know much about how to go about it. I have friends that do it, but it seems like everyone has different methods and prices they get. I would appreciate any advice on selling to a collective.
Thanks

Hey Whats up brotha hey I too am a 215 medical marijuana patient and im curious about becoming a mobile collective like yourself... what do I need to do to provide card holding sick patients with meds ? any info would be greatly appreciated...

My advice to anyone growing or vending is to start your own collective a collectives can have many growops and have much more power in court than a caregiver. (when the collective is ran properly) then you don’t have to worry about all the restrictions and plant limits. (Except on the federal level.) Get a business license and a resale permit. Keep up to date records on your sales, fallow the HIPPA guidelines and patient confidentiality. Private collective are the way to go.

Remember to check with an ASA attorney to see if your county if friendly to collectives.
Large groups like ASA have lots of information about collectives.

If you have any questions about collectives or vending I would be glad to answer them for you. Simply pm me.

Thanks

I think you can have anyone who has a mm card give you there growing rights I'm not sure how but have heard that it can be done. That way 1 person can be allowed to grow for others andcan have more than 10 plants going...search for prop 215 and it may explain it...
