I will have to start harvesting very soon ...
Since i cant fend off the pm any longer ....
This is a battle i ultimately will lose ....so im throwing up the white flag...
The pm is trying to work its way closer to the buds of the bubba ....
and to the leaves of blue larry ...
At this point power is 54 days and very milky looking...
with no mold near the bud... so ii will take it down in 2 days...
The blue larry also needs to go down along with the bubba ...
Since the bubba is the worst off .... and most infected i will have to salvage what i can ...
The bud is throwing out reallly dense buds and looks done already .... i wish i could get some more time ...but seems like ill have to take it out and try to get a sperate bag for tainted buds... i dont know how close it is to the buds since they resemble trichs... its really tufff to see... but you can judge for ureselves onn the pics....

I saw the pics..... i have to say ive been amazed by what ive seen grown outdoors...(kinda have a indoor bias)..
I guesss the key to outdoors is letting go longer.... more naturally...

i dint go till later since it was so cold out and been on the knee to much ..still kinda sore...
Will have to meet at dauntees view soon... once we dy some buds up ...

well mine isnt truly outdoor. she vegged outside but since summer, she's been inside quite a bit. out @ night & mornings. i havent put her out lately bc i am worried she will get taken & made it 2 far 2 risk...

that really sucks about the PM you're dealing with. i had fungus gnats last grow and i had to chop early because of it, it was terrible. i couldn't get rid of those buggers. your buds look great, very sparkley

But i dont want any more pm in the room .... and im afraid the pm is pretty close to the bubs buds...
on a good note i thought after cuting some leves off early picked nugs it looked prominsing that most nugs are not harmed...
I was gonna chop em down this weekend and let em grow ...
Unfortunately they need to come down so i can have some space for the new babies...
so now i willl be cleaning everything down in the flower room and put all the plants in a dark room and flushemm out for a couple days ...and then grab more periodically alll through the week.... this willl open up allot of space ....

You know you can clean the pm off the harvested buds pretty easily by doing a very mild (<.5%) h2o2 solution? Fill an 18 gallon rubbermaid tote about 1/4 full of RO or distilled water, add around a cup of 3% peroxide and gently submerge and agitate each cola individually. You'll see the bad stuff float to the top of the water, which you keep skimming off with a sponge. After rinsing them hang them up outside (or a warm room) with a fan blowing on them to evaporate excess water. The pm will be effectively washed away.

I usually just cut mine down when they start to yellow up and purple a bit...
But power will be done about 8 weeks to 9 ...
And the blue larry at about 9 to 10...this particular cut that u have can go pretty long tho ... but the leaves will yellow at about 8 weeks ..were the power kinda purples and turnform real dark grean to pale lime green... youll know when you plants have reach full maturation and distribute the carbs to the buds...
I try to go at least 8 weeks with everything,,,
I chopped down some power in those pics at 55 days....

hey your plant turned out really good... probly better than mine....
It does suck ...the pm.... but i wlll get something out of it....

If u want ill save u that peice in the pick .... it looks pretty harmless...lol

thanx bro ill definately try that ...
One time i had my plant outside before harvest .... when it was raining...
I thought it may have affect it ... but the flavor was still there... almost better in a way....

Just make sure to leave the fan on them for a while afterwards so you don't encourage mold in place of the pm.

touch my wood i've not had to dance with the PM devil. i thought mites were a nightmare but peeps seem to more bother shifting PM. your buds still look A+ tho cheeze man!

HAHAHA.... im amazed with the taste already on the power...
I love this strain ... so damn tasty ....
I was afraid that i wouldnt yeild much off the power since it was only about 16'' tall...
But compared to the last cut which look way healthier...
this one was so dense ...

I think the whole mijit grow i had ... all under 2 feet ....
Helped me keeep everyhting reallly close to the lite....
i thought having 5 plants this was the only way....
And it really helped me improve my density ...which ultimately made them mature faster....
This round im keep ing them all short again ..but theyre allo g so imagine all at aroun 3ft...

After 3 days drying this mourning i sat and took pics of this nug on macro...
Just analyzing it ... overe and over ... till i was compleatelly assurred that it wa mold free.... figuring it didnt cure much i didnt expect anything great ...
Boy was i wrong .....Its fantatsic already .... but isnt power always...

PS.. Ive smoked slight pm molded buds before ... and found it not to have a taste really(the mold).. This seemed pretty free of any mold...

i did dunk one bubba stalk already ... didnt see much of anything rise...
But i did dip it and put it next to an undipped stalk.... the bubba still reaks of kush ...

dont know if the other one is power or pre 98 but those are my favorite kushes eitherway...
