If this were to pass, I'd up and move to California when I turn 21. I don't even care where I'd live, but I'd live there. I'm sure MANY people would flock to CA and I believe if CA did this then other states MUST follow. Otherwise, think of how quickly California will become...overpopulated? what's a word bigger that means more than overpopulated? infestation? of potheads?

Yes, other states would quickly follow.

I've been upfront about legalization since the early 1960s ... to the chagrin of my immediate family. What I would call legalization would be out and out liberation. That would be liberation from ALL government control and taxation. Cannabis is a weed, fer cryin' out loud. Keep the government away from it.

A weed with medicinal properties. Think they should legalize opium? or heroine? or cocaine? all derived from plants (weeds).

who cares about the market for selling weed, dont you care that now there will be access for a greater amount of people that need it? Do you only think about yourselves and how you can profit from it? instead of how many people can benefit from legalization? Maybe you need to rethink your trade, come up with a different strategy for making money from "weed".

Heres an idea!!!! start a medicinal grow consultation company for the patients that dont know how to grow, you could set up their grows and support them as they need help. think about it.... you'd be legally contributing to the cannibis industry, instead of relying on the fact that its illegal to make your money. Oh and your comany would be paying its taxes and providing jobs for those that need one. sounds pretty good huh?
Taxing cannibis would save our economy! i would gladly pay a tax just like the people paying a tax for their alcohol. I think it should be regulated just like alcohol and sold just like it as well.
