I do believe they wish to VOID the U.S. Constitution and write a new one. In turn rewriting the laws of the land.
I have not read up on what this would be but I don't think a Constitution written by Lawyers would be the right thing.

But lawyers retained by our own shadow oligarchs will be guided to produce what the oligarchs want.
