can any one show me pics of tied down plants

am a 1st time grower my plants are getting to big for my grow room , i still have 5 wk flowering left . would like some pics to see how to tie dwn thanks.
 
you just bend it over, and tie it down to keep it there. really easy just dont force it down or it might break.
 
Here are a few pics of mine. This is right as I started flower but I did most of it in veg!

i just so happen to have a few pics handy of a plant in different stages of lst. usually i start tying them down before they get this big but she was still nice and bendy. i just used twine and gorilla tape for this one.

edit: i just realized the original post says that you are already in flower. that would be a lot more challenging because plants in flower harden off soon after bloom begins, usually within 2 weeks. be very careful when tying down flowering branches because if it snaps off it's not growing back at that point.
 
Here's one being tied down at around 3 weeks. The thicker stems make it more difficult to tie down. However, the tops are still malable enough to bend.
