can anyone help me with nutes? first auto grow

Hey everyone I'm about 14days into growing my two autos. They are really busy and seem very healthy. Well my question is can someone help me with these nutes? I got floralicous plus 2-0.8-0.02 how much should I mix in with a gallon of water wen feeding my plants? It doesn't say on directions just one teaspoon per five gallons and I don't got a five gallon watering can.

Same with my root enhancer 1-0.5-1

A teaspoon equals 5 ML more or less so .20 ML per gallon. That's 1/5 of a CC. Cubic centimeter. Understand or no? Use a syringe.

No 1/5th. Better to go low though. You can ALWAYS give an extra feeding. You can't take them away if you overdose them.
