Can anyone help?

I am after getting 5 blue mystic plants there well into flowering not sure when to harvest, and when to flush, previous owner had to get rid of quick , have a few pics buds are very dense hairs are white and amber , and it smells like the sweetest weed I have ever had the privilege to smell
