12 SITE AERO HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM ,1 RED 5 GALLON SOIL MIX IN THE LARGE RED CONTANIER , THE PROBLEM STARTED WITH VERY LIGHT SPLOTCHES AND WILTING WITH THE FINGERS CLOSING TOGETHER AND TWISTING AND TWIRLING OVER THE PAST TWO DAYS THE SPOTS HAVE GOT DARKER AND ARE STARTING TO LOOK MORE WILTED . WHEN I FIRST SEEN THE SPOTS I CHANGED THE WATER AND GAVE FRESH NUTES I AM USING THE LUCAS FORMULA WITH GH .RO WATER WITH 900 PPM @ .5 CONV PH 5.7 WATER TEMP 68 C02 1500 PPM ,DAY TEMP 76-85 NIGHT TEMP 65-70 ALSO I NOTICED THAT THE ROOTS HAVE GOTTEN A LITTLE BROWN . i HAVE BEEN READING FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS FROM MY PERSONAL BOOKS AND ALSO ONLINE BUT IT SEEMS THAT I MAY HAVE MULTIPLE PROBLEMS . PLS HAVE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND SEE WHAT YOU GUYS THINK ..THANKS

roots look good, but they are getting too much N. the one in the red bucket is overwatered and needs micronutrients
the brown roots is from light getting into your res, cover the outside of the res and the lid with any light blocking material, it is easily adhered with spray mount/spray glue i like aluminium foil for this, cuz it doesnt grow funk, blocks 100% of light and reflects the light back inot the bottom of the plant.

you have a cal/mag issue. One tsp of epsom salts per gallon of water/nutrient solutin should solve your problem.
Thanks For the replies .. I will Put a Piece of poly over the res I have the small slit where the pump cord goes witch is letting small amout of light threw , I need to put a rubber cork with a hole in it threw the side for my air hose and pump cord . Should I flush and then put weaker nutes in or just add water to bring down my ppm . I also noticed Im having to ph up every other day or so is that normal or is that from light penetration . That kinda scared me when I found that root problems can cause it as well . I will also add the epsom salts
