Can anyone please help me?

So exactly as the title says i need a good set up for 5plants to cross breed and make female seeds i know ill need two rooms so if anyone can give me some ideas on lights and explain to me how to do the steps to get the femaleseeds, i know you need to use some silver and spray acouple weeks into flower but not sure about the exact times or kind of silver i need to water ratio, i also hurd you should use that pollen to pollinate acouple other females instead of just useing those seeds because they will grow being the product of "abused parents" so i hurd if you pollinate acouple other females that are just getting a week or two into flower that will give you perfect seeds would 1plant i stess produce enough pollen to pollinate 5 diffrent strains of kush so i will have 5 cross breads i hurd you could do them all in the same room with a little space? And i could be wrong about this whole cross breed thing i may of read somewhere that you can only do it after breeding the pure strain once or twice by that i mean all 5plants i go make the female seeds on being the same strain as the one i stress out in a diffrent room. But yeah some help would be reall appreciated, websites to get good deals on whatever lights i would need or anything else you think would be helpful thanks guys!​

Theese are 5 super good strains all female but i need the ultimate strain to cross breed them with the ultimate strain is most important because i need to get that asap! i need to get it going so i can grow it and get them female polen sacks off so i can grow those 5 and pollinate before next summer so i will have 5 super strains to grow next summer! please someone help me out​
