can anyone tell me if my plant is a female or a male.

plant is almost a month n a half and 2 1/2 feet still on 18/6 and i cant tell weither these are more leafs coming in are they pollen sacks ? If anyone could let me know i would appreciate it

If you haven't switched it to 12/12 then you won't be able to tell the sex yet.

it's not because you didn't switch to 12/12 that your plant can't be sexed, some show theirs before the flowering period. and for your photo we dont see any sex yet.

Plants show their sex in veg after the 4th week. But they will show in about a week if you force sexing by switch to 12-12
