I highly doubt it does, last I heard there was still a debate of whether TMV actually exist in cannabis. I have had plenty of little baby seedlings get funny leaves on the first set. As to the size it could be a watering issue in that pot, or just a weak seed. Sometimes some seeds get off to a slow start and every once in a while you get one that just kinda dwarfy and small compared to the others. I usually start quite a few more than I need especially if they are regular seeds. Even with fem seeds I'll start a few extra to pick the strongest and to make sure I have enough to fill my space.

Yeah i made the mistake of just planting directly in a 5 gal pot. But that's good news that you've had plants that look the same because I'd be pissed to have to restart that strain. Then it'd be way behind. I guess I'll let that little girl do her thing

A lot of time funny shaped seedlings can be from the shell of the seed sticking to the plant longer than they need too the damage to leaves can be done when they are very small then when they grow out the damage gets bigger and looks worse, but don't worry as long as you can manage a 5 gallon pot without overwatering you should be fine. New sets of leafs are on the way. I'd just water a little at a time in a circle around the seedling until it starts getting bigger and needing more water.
