Can anyone tell me whats going on with my plants

Bought some clones from a guy with a plant looking a little funky, thought it would bounce back in a couple of days once I transplated them into bigger pots. It's been 7 days and the new leafs are coming like this.

Sometimes the wrinkle leaves are a genetic trait. It also can be from ph issue in the root zone.
 
The lower leaves look like they straighten out. They do look a little dark. Perhaps a little too much nitrogen. Did you give her some rooting agent when you repotted?
