can female clones grow seeds?

I had one male in my grow room. And Ias soon as I noticed it i pulled it. After my harvest I seen some seeds in my buds did that one male pollinate them that fast? I pulled as soon as it showed sex. And the seeds appeared in a plant that was a female clone. So Did the male pollinate it or can female sometime develop seed?

one plant had like 6 the other plant had 2

That is most likely from pollination but a plant can produce a few seeds on its own sometimes. It is a survival mechanism the plant has to ensure species survival.
