Can grow smells get through walls?

I have a house that has houses directly connected either side.

Commonly called terrace houses in the uk.

How can I stop the neighbours smelling the sweets?

smells do go through he walls. best you can do is good carbon air filter IMO

I use a carbon filter and Ozone generator... works for me. Only time I can smell the girls is when I open my tent.

Cheers guys I've already put up loft insulation on the walls then some of that reflective silver foil stuff from a hydro shop its the whole room that's the grow

Would it be better to use a tent for smells then?

Is there anything else I can put on the walls other than what I've already done?

Would a air sealed room also help?
