Can I clone this? Pic inside

I've had a couple failed attempts, I am not certain why they failed but I want to make sure this is the right size.. Age.. Appropriate nodes down... Please let me know if this (at the base) is where I should cut for a clone.

Id say yes.

No not right at the base. Leave about 1/4" away from the main stem at least. Otherwise go for it.

id say so buddy.

Do it as low on the 2 as u can without taking the number 3 node

also try to go for lower growth not the higher nodes, you will hurt your current plants yeild a bit otherwise.

So you mean cut in between 2 and 3?

Hope u haven't cut yet......since u have failed attempts I suggest and a lot of people do and dnt but give it a nice shot of nitrogen and a shot of bloom before u cut .....a clone can only survive on what nutrients it has this is why they turn yellow most of times nutrient depletion by giving it a good dose of nutes will help the clone not yellow and the p in the bloom will help with rooting
my cut goes like this
feed bloom and grow and prozyme Heavy 2 waterings before I cut
i cut my clones few nodes longer than I need trim it up to what I like and make final cut dip in gel and into medium
spray all of the clones with water put dome on dnt take dome of for first 2or3 days take of and spray put dome back on
day 5 roots open the dome vent and hardened off transplant into dirt foliar feed tea


I get 100 % of the clones to root no stunting of growth and always green
just just rambling on hope this helps try it one time

Could u not just soak your peat pellet or rock wool in a mild nute solution then spray with the same when under the dome?? Instead of giving the plant it??

if u soak ur peat pellet etc in soulution there are no roots to take the nutrient up till it roots ....By foliar yes it will give it nutes but this was just my way of cloning and what I do
