I wouldn’t remove anything at that point of flower. Usually right after the stretch is the best time to clean them up. Looks good man keep up the good work.

I'd be more concerned with the top of the plant getting lighting than the lower buds at this point.
My tops are like this.

It looked like they plants were about to grow taller than the light. I thought you were using a HPS light.
For only being on day 34, those colas have the potential of being enormous.
