Can I cut or wait.........

I've been flowering for 8 weeks. 3 indoor Indica's. Unknown strains. My Trichs are around where i want them to be. 70% milky, 20% Clear, 10% Amber. Problem is i read alot where it says also wait until hairs are reddish....I recently just added a 250w hps for the middle of 6th week until now and a lot more growth has come out. Should I wait until more hairs are red or will it matter?

Also about the flush....I flushed a few days ago, should I be flushing each watering or just that one flush was enough and just go back to regular waterings.

those buds still look young to me. I'd give em another week or two. you could probably flush now or wait till the last week. I read that flushing 1-2 weeks before harvest is a good idea and that you should leave some varieties totally in the dark for 1-2 weeks before manicuring and drying.
 
dude those buds need a long time more... mabey 3-4 more weeks...be patiant, you need to get a scope and look at the tricomes to truly know when your weed is ready.

or you could just wait 2-3 wore weeks and you'll see it's ready when all the white hairs (cylax's) turn red/orange/brown.

several weeks to go, i would have your eyes checked. not sure if stress can cause an amber color, but i would wait at least 3 more weeks and keep that hps going. you will have about 4 times more weed than what is there now. late
 
did u read my post above the pics? Im checking the trichs....the reason they're not as big as they should be is beacuse majority of the grow was CFL "I recently just added a 250w hps for the middle of 6th week until now" i've never heard of a indica going more than 10 weeks. as for my eyes they're pretty good...i can tell the difference between some milky ass trichs and some amber ones

it's halfway done. let it go. it will be worth it.
 
i just checked it and the hairs are beginning to turn red.....i just chopped the other small one.....trichs are majority milky and the hairs are 80% red....
 
i have a small area with little ventalation....i cant go any higher than 250.......

Titan....the pictue on there was from week 7....i'm in the middle of week 8, the hairs r starting to turn... a few on the bottom nugs. the plant i cut i didnt have pics up...but damn near all the hairs were red and trichs were milky from 3 different parts of the plant.
 
You could probably decrease the nutes now...and then put them in plain ph balanced water for about 2 more weeks in the dark let them die slowly and let those trichs become more psychoactive.
 
ya,,,,i started the flush a week ago.....i'm checking trichs every few days...i want to get a half and half on this one.....the one i cut was majority milky with only a few amber...the thing is i had 3 plants....1 I cut last night and i have another one that i think has another 2 weeks....i really have no other place to put this one so the 2 weeks in the dark i cant do...

why start a thread asking if it's ready when your just going to cut it anyway? you should have waited.
 
i have 3 different plants... i was asking ur opinion on the one i had pics of, not the one i cut.....
 
the first pic is the one i'm leaving in.....when i added the hps a lot more growth has come out and the 2nd pic is the one i was asking help for.....

its just oozing with crystals....lol, thats y i needed help....there is still some clear trichs on it.... i want to wait for half and half. i'm starting to see few ambers. so maybe feb 20 it may be there. 9-10 weeks i'm guessing.
