Can i flower after 1 week of veg?

I need some serious weed fast (Just to smoke, Ive been dry for too long) .. I know after only 1 week of veg i wont get much weed after flowering.. but i have plenty of seeds and can use every last one of them. So can i?

No I do not believe so, Even if you started 12/12 a week into veg the plant would still grow till its mature enough to produce nodes, and then produce the very small yield.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I am no botanist.

i thought you could just start 12/12 from seed so pretty sure you could

You absolutely can go 12/12 at any stage, even from seed.
