Can I flower my seedlings as soon as they sprout?

Lets say for a moment I wanted to grow some plants (Sog) and I wanted to take a 3ft x 3ft area and place 81 seedlings in the 3x3 x1 raised bed . could I flower then right away .?

Simple answer? No. You CAN go 12/12 from seed, but plants will only flower only when mature enough under proper conditions. Clones are different.
