Can i flower with 2 CFL 300w equ. ,4200k lumens ea.. its will be on 5 right now but dependin on males say flower two with them?

im pretty sure it will work,i flowered a plant with justg one 26WATT Cfl and it grew to be big and bushy but it was a Male :'( but yea it should work, give it a try if at first u dont suceed just try again and again :=)

150w of actuall power per plant using a 3:1 ratio mix of 2700k and 6400k, i have grown with CFL's and would say that is the minimum needed to grow an oz or slightly over.

and the problem isnt the wattage its the lumens, 2700 is usually best for flower, someone correct me if im wrong

the light it self is a

TCP 2700k CFL
300watt equ. 68 watt using
light output- 4200lumens
Energy used 68watts

earlier i posted "i have 4 42watt (something like 150watt equiv) bought them from walmart for 6$ each "

sorry let me correct this i actually dont know the watt equiv im just guessing

im not tryin to add them up so i got a bigger CFL... i had 2 150watt equ and 2 100 watt equ.
just wanted to have 2 light running not all 4

so im good with just them 2 CFL for whole veg stage/ or if the get realy tall can i just put in some like 60w equ CFL for the lower parts?

Thats not what i'm saying,

Ideally you want 10000 lumens for flowering, if you have 10 bulbs putting out 6000 lumens them you still only have 6000 lumens.

more light means more bud but you should be able to finish your plant(s) up with just the two, 60w equiv wont do much but its always good to give light to the lower branches too
