Can I grow Dank with the right LED grow lights?

High All,
I am a newbie here with a few years of outdoor gardening experience, my question is this can I grow medicinal quality medicine under higher end LED's?

Yes. But for me the cost of LEDs add up to the same for a hid. And HIDs can be truble shot by you. The bulb, cord, ballest. LEDs you have to send it in to get fixed. And trust me. When growing indoors if it can go wrong it will

I type this as I sit stoned off my ass from 3 hits of LED bud.

I ask because so far the led light seems to be stressing the plant and the leaves are paying the price. Has anyone had similar problems? I am now brewing compost tea hoping a healthier plant will be able to handle the lights better? Thanks all
