70w cmh bulbs are pretty great you can pick them up new as a whole kit for around £30 to £10 they do 30w too
Best thing about the smaller ones is you can get 3000k for bloom and anything from 4k to 10k for veg
The down side is that most stealth grows aint too stealth once they set on fire hence why most people go for lights that can`t burn the plant, yeah contact with cfl may kill a leaf but it takes days and days for them to dry out to the point they`ll set on fire
where as if a hid drops into a plant then that cardboard box is going up in flames.... cfl`s have their place but induction bulbs are way better still cool enough to touch and 2 to 3 times more light then a cfl
