3 weeks flowering or 3 weeks veg?

I'm sure I could of sped up my whole process by like 5 days if I didn't use shitty lights in the beggning.

flowering, dont worry about the first lights u used, I sed 1 60 watt cfl on 24 hour light and mine still look nice; but they are also now under a 400 hps
