Can I top these now? Pics!!

So Im new at this and this is my 2nd set of girls my 1st ones just went into flowering but I didnt top them or anything, just let them grow natual. Im going to top these but want to make sure its time. 2 are femmed White Widow and the other is g13 Pineapple Express.

Yeah then why is there a forum? I think this section is called "newbie central" for a reason. I have researched, just getting the confirmation on my particular grow. Im new and dont want to mess up. Wheres the harm in that? Technically we can all just buy a Cervantes or other grower book and not ever ask a question. Thats the reason there's a forum, to ask questions. Im so tired of reading "do a search". Yeah we all fucking get it, do a search, do a search. Some people just feel better getting someone to actually comment on their actual grow. Whats the point of getting on someones thread and typing "do a search" really?

you can top whenever you want.
i top in veg to create as many tops as i can.
i scrog so topping multiple (like 16) times is key to a high yield for me.
i also top in flower to create mutant buds.
all the energy drains to the buds below the cut and causes them to have new buds sprout of the existing buds.

bottom line.
topping is acceptable in veg or flower.
after a while it becomes pointless though because you just start cutting off more bud that the technique will produce.
find a certain time (ie 3, 4, 5, weeks) in flowering where topping seems like it is doing more damage than good and then stop.

Cool thanks man. So if I just topped or fimmed these... I wait till the new shoots come up out of the place the plant was topped or fimmed and then top or fim those too? + rep

I just topped one of mine thats a week from seed... I dont know what will happen But I like to learn from exp..
yours look pleanty ready to top to me , but im no expert I'll let you know in a few days if My seedling puts out new tops..
