Can i use a 10-15-35 Fertilizer? for flowering?

I just bought a NPK 10-15-35 my only concern is will it work for my plants? or i really need a 10-35-15 ration fert?
 
You can use it, it just wont be optimal. You will want to dilute it by at least half. To get your P down to an acceptable level.. It will work, but it wont be as good.
 
Fert instruction? its 2 tablespoon per 16L of water. yes please i need your help, il give you rep for that ;)
 
it isn't so much the numbers themself, but the ratio.

Veg = 3-2-1

Flower = 1-2-3

those are optimum
 
need any more help just hollar let that crazy white dude do what ever he wants with his shit you can add as you feel comfy just keep note or start a juornal on here and ill subcribe and help as needed.
