Can i use blood & bonemeal for vegging

Last night i bought a box of blood and bone meal already mixed together and i didn't realize that i was only supposed to get blood meal so could i still use this or should i bring it back?

Yes use it is good but is slow release if you can pick up some poultury manure pellets use these to as they are quick releasing nutes. Slow release nutes means it takes a while for it to be absorbed in the soil. Blood, bone and fishmeal is all good I use them on my grows and get good results.

i just realised it was me that told u to use the blood and bonemeal lol hope someone else can confirm it for you to.

yeah, I've heard from other sources that blood meal and bone meal are good for your soil mixture.

Alright i just went outside after we just had 3-4 days of rain so my soil is all wet and i just went and put hafe a cup of the blood and bone meal in each one my hole i sprinkled it all out equal through each hole then since the soil is all wet i just covered it all up until when we have a few sunny days it should go through the soil. So is there anything else i should do or?

nah, not now...when you go to plant though, I would mix in some peat moss to your planting mix.

Something i aint tried but might work is boil some water put it in a container and add the meal. That should release some of the nutes in the water. Wait for it to cool and water ur plants when they need it. I aint tried but i dont think it will harm the plants at all.

Yeh iam already aware of animals digging it up. But i have another question when should i give my plants the b&b meal again i just gave them hafe a cup 2 days ago?
