can I use dish soap for pm?

I have a sd that I got from strain bank that came with a leaf full of pm. It hasn't spread to another plant just spreading on the plant. Ironically it's the olnly one that took off growing on its own. Anyway can I use trader Joes orange dish soap with water and just give it a bath?
I had some been for years I never needed, it's around somewhere somewhere. I don't want to buy more but if I can't use soap what do I buy?

Well there's a few things you can do, but first let's figure out what the cause is, are you indoors or outdoors? If indoors you need to get better circulation because treating pm without addressing the cause is like taking aspirin for Ebola. I'd suggest a inline fan if indoors and a small fanon the plant to cause to keep it dry.if you address the cause the symptoms will go away

air is flowing from two 6 inch fans one intake for the bloom and some vents .. its just the one plant . the humidity is bouncy from 30-60 avg temp is high so it will grow . problem is its there. i know the source so im pretty sure if i can clean it from this plant it will be gone.

I'd address the humidity issue and the fungus at the same time, Potassium bicarbonate will work and it's cheap, mix three tablespoons potassium bicarbonate, three tablespoons oil and one half teaspoon soap or dish soap with one gallon water. Pour mixture into a spray bottle and mist the cannabis leaves, I also use hydrogen peroxide 35% and if I don't have either of those I use 30% vinegar.
Some people swear by damprid in the room outside the tent but I'm not game to use it because the warning says don't use around food products
