Can she be saved?

I have a small cabinet CFL operation going, with two seedlings that weren't developing nearly as much as they should be. Made all the rookie mistakes, been on the forum a couple times, learning as I go. Tweaked my lights and soil, switched from the evil Miracle Gro to Fox Farm Grow Big.
I now have one seedling that's finally starting to progress, even making some small internodal sprouts, but it's the other one that concerns me. She was yellowing a great deal, so I gave her a good flushing and started her on a light Fox Farm dilute. She seems to be rallying, so my question now is do I trim away the yellowed stuff leaving only the new growth, or just leave the whole thing alone?
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks...

Just leave it for awhile and then when she is strong again trim off the useless leaves. That's what i do when they're small like that. I don't fuck with the smalls plants till they can hold their own.

leave it and dont over water rookies tend to over water and that cause them to then over nute,soil will have nutes to carry plants for 30-60 days fox farm is great soil. Put plant in big pots 3+ gals MJ roots go deap so give them room.good luck and let me no how it goes.the plants have been through enough shock for now.

LOL! At that age you should NOT be flushing your plants. They are waaaaay too young. By the way the first two weeks you should lay off heavy nutes. she looks severly overwatered so this is what your going to do. No matter the condition of her leaves she still uses them to provide the rest of the plant power and fuel as in food. So dont trim them! When she gets older the more heavily damaged leaves will dry and crumple up all you have to do is tap it or use your fingers to lightly tug them off. They will come right off. IF YOU HAVE TO PULL THEN THE LEAVES ARE NOT READY. So dont try to pull them off. You damage the plant. Also use SHEARS specifically for plants, i made the mistake of using regular scissors my first grow. Stupid idea. Be careful and read up on the forums BEFORE you do anything!

No nutrients for at least 2 weeks.
No water until the soil is dry (the pot will get lighter).
Don't mess with, just watch it grow.

She'll survive. My girls have been through much worse and recovered so don't give up just yet. Like BioChemx said just wait until the leaves can be crumbled off. No nutes and check the ph. regularly. A ph. over 7.0 can lock out vital nutrients. GL

let's make this extremely easy.

pull out a gallon of empty milk carton or juice. fill it up with tap water. and leave it out for 24 hours with the cap off. no nutes no big bloom nuthing just str8 water. do NOT water ur plant for at least 5 days later from ur last water. measuring from a standard foam paper cup fill it up about HALF a cup and just drop the whole water in there so that it could be a small flood and the water will drain down all over the soil. and do not water till 3-4 days later. keep doing this until the plant start to show some yellowish again then that's when you get some nutes that are high in nitrogen. make sure u mix it with the water. by then ur plant should be a bit tall enough when this happen so i would suggest 1/8 of a cup (if u using liquid MG bloom booster) into a full gallon water. feed it every 4 days . this is what i been doing and my plant been successful! i have a thread open about my growth . so that's proof right there!

ohhh and another thing. when u notice the plant start to stop growing. it's time to transplant ur girl into a bigger pot.

i had the same problems at the start of my first try. is that a small clay pot you have it in? i found the small clay pots went dry very fast. once i replanted to a 3 gallon pot and started to adjust my ph in my water they really took off. if you ph is high just use 1 tablespoon of vineger per gallon of water. it works great for me.

Nutes killed it im afraid man and you would have to be Mr Ganja with Dr greenthumb at your side to save that i think... sorry mate
