Can some one teach me how to make my own green house

SO, I have looked every where and have no clue what kind of material to buy in order to make my own green house. I have looked so many places and have not even found any good advice on how to make a green house. Could any one maybe share with me the technique behind making a simple rectangle green house that I can make just in case the rain comes? I just mainly want to know what is my best option for the wrapping material. I know how to construct the rectangle just not sure what to wrap it with or where I could purchase it for that matter. Sorry to bother just thought it would be beneficial in making and owning my own green house, I am talking maybe 3x3x4 a basic small green house. I have heard that I could use clear plastic trash bags but I do not think this is a practical idea, I also read to use a UV-resistant polythene, but where the hell do I purchase this at? Guys and gals thanks up front for any of your prize techniques, I am certain that not only can I benefit from this but many others as well. Share cause we care to teach each other how to grow the universe in green medicine. :eyesmoke: ;-)

There are a ton of places to get your plastic... You can s Google "agricultural greenhouse plastic" heres a link to a site to buy by the sq ft.

You can also go swoop up the clear plastic at your local hardware store... I got mine from Lowes it was made by husky.... Just make sure to get like a 6mil so its durable and wont tear at first wind. I got the hardware stuff for this season and next year ill be going with the nice stuff online, the online stuff lets thru like 90% and is good for 4 years.... Hope this helps a little.

When I made mine, I bought two packs of 6mil plastic each were half the size I needed so I taped them together.
If you want to make a hoop house, use at least a 1/2 pvc anything less offers support only when there is no wind or dew.
Do some searching on Youtube or Instructables. Keyword "Hoop House", that should be the easiest and cheapest. I made mine for $60 or less and it took only a couple of hours.

PLAN FOR VENTILATION THOUGH!!! I lost about a dozen cannabis seedlings because the sun came out on a cold January day and it had to be over 100 degrees in that tent. I was thinking maybe next time I'd use plastic on just the top half and a dark landscaping fabric around the bottom. This might allow enough wind through while still blocking the view from outsiders.

Thank you guys so much, will be constructing one A.S.A.P. mainly for rainy days. Last year I just brought the plants inside during the rain and I think that was a big mistake, I think that is how a couple of them pick up spider mites. I guess it's not good to bring an outdoor plant inside big mistake, so this year and many others to come I will be using a green house. Thanks again much appreciated. :peace:bongsmilie:peace:

doesn't take much to make a greenhouse, especially a simple one. Buy some 2x4's and a sheet of thick plastic, you'll figure it out eventually. good luck
