how old are they. and is there any of that sort of thing on the new top leaves
Sounds like you are on the right track. If I were you I would start with re-potting in a larger pot. Root bound plants can show trace mineral def due to not being able to properly uptake nutrients from the soil. Good to hear your other girls are doing well, but I would probably re-plant them too. Treat this first problem as the canary in the mine.

yes repot them lay a touch of the nutes the leaves look real real dark could be nitrogen toxity if the plant has a blueish hue to them an as booob has said above but its hard to tell from pics

how close are your lights to that plant? go get a product called hygrozyme it works wonders. supposed to make your plant 8times bushier in 8 days. i use it as a foilar wash and rinse when i have any powdery mold and anytime i feed my plants i give them this you cant kill your plant or burn it if following the label
