CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN g/m2 in sog

i been checking out seeds,, and in their product info they put certain amount of grams per m2... the white widow has 325- 425 g/m2 that was around 10 sqf... but i did the math and thats around 11 oz? is this correct? can you get more or less?

Yes the yield will vary greatly depending on how it's grown. We've found the breeder's yield estimates to really only be useful when comparing one of the breeder's strains to another from the same breeder.
