Can someone give me advice on my grow tent set up?

This is how I want to set it up

(2) 4x2x5 ft grow tents, one for veg and one for flowering
(1) 46" 4 bulb T5 grow light in the veg tent
(1) 400 watt HPS light in the flowering tent
(1) S&P TD-100 (101 cfm) inline fan connected to carbon filter

I'd like the two tents to be connected to one fan and one carbon filter by a duct splitter so I could avoid buying two of everything and also because of space requirements.

Here is a layout of what I'd like to do... Advice and suggestions greatly appreciated!

well carbon filter needs to be in flower room not outside both rooms 320 cubic feet and your 100 cfm fan so it should exhaust both rooms just over 3 mins
so hang the carbon filter and fan in flower room some where high as heat rizes run a T inbetween tents venting hot air out get some passive vents installed on lower part of tents remember same size as exhaust so you don't implode tents lol
and you should be good to go
what about flowering light is it open reflector

I'm getting a hydrofarm t5.. I believe it has reflectors on the fixture.
